Caroline Sloan has published her first novel, Iara

Whilst Caroline lived in the Puhoi area she wrote a novel called Iara.

The story about Mara who learns that she is actually the reincarnation of Iara, the legendary half serpent and half human figure, starts in the Puhoi area.

The book launch for Iara was held at Hotel du Vin, Henley-on-Thames, South Oxfordshire, England on Friday 13 May 2011 and is now available from Amazon and Fishpond
